Fox Valley Snowdrifter’s Ski Club 9-Hole GOLF OUTING Scramble

1st Tee Time at Noon

Pottawatomie Golf Course • 845 N. Second Avenue • St. Charles, IL 60174

You must register for the golf event by September 14th. Please contact event leaders Joe Hopp at jhopp23@hotmail.com or Nancy Lazarz at nlazarz@aol.com with your golf index or average 9-hole score if you wish to participate in the golf scramble.

 Golf Fees and Entry Fee Will be Paid at the Golf Course  

·       $5 Entry Fee Per Golfer for Prizes

·       $14 Per Golfer for 9 holes

·       Plus $10 per person for optional riding golf cart

·       The course is an enjoyable walk. Pull carts are available to rent for $3

Please Make $32 Dinner Payment Made To Snowdrifter's in Advance

• Registered members can pay by cash, check, or online by credit card to The Snowdrifter's Ski Club.
• Payment is due no later than September 16^th.

$32 Per Person includes the following, tax and gratuity

·  House Salad and choice of dressing

·  Choice from one of the following Homemade Entrees

• Lasagna Ricotta Cheese / Ground Meat / Mozzarella

• Chicken Florentine Spinach / Mozzarella / Spices / White Wine Sauce / Mashed Potatoes

• Salmon Filet Sautéed Spinach / Mashed Potatoes

·  Unlimited fountain drinks, iced tea, lemonade, etc

Cash Bar will be open. All well, top shelf, beer and wine will be additional charges on individual checks.
